WEBSITES, VIDEOS, MARKETING ASSETS WE DELIVER) WHERE OUR STANDARD PAYMENT OPTION IS IN PLACE, 50% ON KICK-START, 50% ON DELIVERY, WE WILL ALLOW YOU TO WALK AWAY AFTER THE FIRST SUBMITTED ROUGH DRAFT WITH NO ADDITIONAL MONIES OWED. THIS PROTECTS YOU IN THE EVENT THAT OUR FIRST DRAFT WAS SO POOR, YOU'VE LOST FAITH IN OUR ABILITY TO DELIVER THE PROJECT TO YOUR SATISFACTION.

FOR ANY REASON, AT ANY TIME, IF YOU NEED TO DISCONTINUE THE ENGAGEMENT WITH BECAUSE MARKETING, WE WILL BE SAD TO SEE YOU GO, BUT DO PROVIDE A PATHWAY FOR THAT. FOR SERVICE CONTRACTS, YOU MAY TERMINATE THE AGREEMENT SIMPLY BY PAYING ½ OF THE REMAINING VALUE OF THE CONTRACT. THESE "HAPPINESS GUARANTEE" FUNDS MAY BE APPLIED FOR UP TO 24 MONTHS TO A FUTURE ENGAGEMENT SHOULD YOU BE READY TO CONTINUE YOUR MARKETING CAMPAIGN WITH BECAUSE MARKETING.*

Can we pause our contract?

For those that need a short repreive, we do offer the option to pause your contract for 1-2 months on a case-by-case basis. Services will stop as well as the payments. The duration for which the pause occurred is added to the end of the contract.
Can we change services?

Marketing is an iterative process based on installing a sound strategy with universal principles and using some hypotheses. If you've given a strategy enough time and still aren't satisfied with the results, we can often look to pivot from one strategy to another provided that the service requirements are comparable. This is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
What if we just want to break up?

When we begin all engagements, we are making a commitment to you to provide services throuhout the full term of the contract (for better or worse), and our expectation for our clients is to honor their end of the deal by completing the term. In most cases, a lot of our service contracts require a majority of the work up front. As a result, we price our service agreements with the intent of recovering those costs over the entire length of the contract. This allows us to evenly spread the costs of our contracts over time instead of having to charge high set-up costs to you! Unfortunately, the side effect of an early termination infringes on our ability to do that. This is why we offer the Happiness Guarantee to buy out early.
How do I calculate the buy-out of my contract?

Simply multiply the contracted monthly service amount by the remaining term and divide by 2. This also excludes any ad costs that we are including in your service. For example. Client has a $1,000 service for ad management. $600 of that is going to Google for the Ad Spend, $400 to Because Marketing for the ad management. The client is 8 months into a 12 month contract, 4 months remaining) ($400 service x 4 months) = $1,600 / 2 = $800 EARLY TERMINATION FEE
